Our conversion kits are manufactured with the same quality and precision that is maintained for our O.E.M. customers such as Mercruiser, Mercury Racing, Westerbeke, Yanmar, Volvo and more.

High Quality Marine Materials
We use only the highest quality materials specified by marine standards. We pride ourselves on our 6-pass high performance divider system that allows cooling water to flow six times through the heat exchanger rather than the standard four times. This creates more efficient cooling in a smaller package.

Increased Cooling Capacity
All of our kits use a higher tube count, which increases cooling capacity. Over time all heat exchangers will accumulate marine debris and this will help compensate for that.

Achieve Running Temperature Faster
Most of our kits come with a thermostat-controlled by-pass which will allow the engine to achieve proper running temperature faster. It will also maintain proper flow through the system at all times unlike the standard by-pass.

All kits are neatly packed with complete illustrated Installation Instructions. The kits also come with a General Maintenance Manual including trouble-shooting and everything needed for installation, giving the customer a professional complete package.
